Here is my simple policy to protect myself and inform you of my rules.
1. All payments are non refundable.
2. Voice overs are property of JoBo Voice Overs and cannot be re sold (without written permission).
3. Audio is recorded and mastered at 192kbps. If you require a higher quality voice over, please make note at time of order.
4. There is no obligation to re-do any voice overs, some exceptions.
5. You must order based on service type. ex: You cannot use a liner to advertise, you must purchase a commercial. Prices are set for reasons.
